The Supergreat Beauty Awards (SGBA) is a tentpole for growth, engagement, and the brand. A yearly celebration of Supergreat’s birthday, the SGBA’s are the only beauty awards in the industry completely determined by people’s reviews and votes—not beauty editors or undisclosed endorsements—and are a perfect reflection of Supergreat. They’re authentic, honest, and of course, fun.
To balance community appreciation alongside the business needs of growth/SEO “Best of” lists, my team brought the SGBAs to life across the web, social content, and award badges to increase sharing from winning brands. Meanwhile, the community competed in challenges to be reigning champs of “Most Creative Makeup Look,” “Most Educational Review,” and more in hopes of claiming a coveted SGBA gift box. Plus, the winners’ unboxing videos were yet another social win for Supergreat.
