The Customer Engagement Review is a flagship thought leadership report by Braze. Serving as annual pulse check on consumer behavior and marketing trends, it draws from billions of data points across Braze’s global customer base. I led the transformation of the report from a static whitepaper into a fully integrated brand campaign with high strategic and commercial impact. Campaign components include: Hero Report Design, Digital Experience, Social + Paid Media Toolkit, Email + Lifecycle Integration, and Event Activation + Webinars.
The goal was to elevate a data-heavy asset into an engaging, accessible experience that could serve both brand and demand functions. We focused on crafting a bold, editorial design system that brought clarity to complex insights—balancing quantitative authority with an expressive visual voice.
