Supergreat is the beauty app for all—built for your barefaced, your curly-haired, and your “I’m not sure where to start”-ers. It brings together livestreams from makeup artists, beauty challenges, and product drops from indie to big-name brands, creating a space where discovery is driven by community, not perfection.

As Design Director, my role was twofold: to revitalize the brand’s presence for its core Gen Z audience (13–25), and to partner closely with Product and Marketing across roadmaps and campaigns—shaping how the brand shows up across both the platform and the business.

Scope
Led design direction across brand, product, and marketing systems. Reimagined the visual identity to better reflect the energy and expression of the community—building a world of vibrant color, texture, and depth. This included evolving brand elements across surfaces to elevate and unify the system  across a  brand refresh.

Worked in close partnership with Product to support key platform initiatives, including redesigned desktop web experiences and the launch of Supergreat’s first-ever business portal. Alongside Marketing, led the creation of ongoing content systems across app and social—spanning livestream artwork, product drops, seasonal campaigns (Halloween, holiday, back-to-school), and Supergreat’s Beauty Awards.

Extended the brand beyond digital through seasonal merchandise, packaging, and inserts for beauty shipments—ensuring consistency across the full user experience.
