The 2025 design system became the foundation for the 2026 evolution—expanding from a campaign-led report in 2025 into a fully functional web experience in 2026. What was once a destination asset became an ongoing platform, incorporating interactive quizzes, dynamic data points, embedded video, and deeper product storytelling designed to connect insights directly to Braze’s offering and customer needs.
Scope
Led the transformation of CER from a report into a multi-channel campaign and platform. Developed the narrative structure, editorial design system, and interactive experience across regions—balancing quantitative rigor with an expressive visual voice. Campaign components included hero report design, digital experience, social and paid media toolkits, email and lifecycle integration, and event activations including webinars.
Extended the 2025 system into 2026 by scaling it into a fully interactive site—introducing modular content, quizzes, and engagement layers designed to both deepen participation and capture behavioral insights. Partnered across teams to ensure the platform could support both brand storytelling and product education at scale.
